Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate database
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge or interest in recruitment/HR
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
