We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and lead cross-functional teams across Sales Operations, Logistics, Claims Management, and Customer Support. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, improve processes, monitor performance, and ensure seamless coordination across departments to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end business operations across multiple functions.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive team performance.
- Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Resolve operational issues while maintaining service quality.
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in e-commerce or the automotive industry is preferred.
