About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and energetic Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating qualified leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are looking to build their career in sales, customer interaction, lead generation, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain interior design and related services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through effective telecalling.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential clients.
- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, client responses, and appointments.
- Update customer and lead information in the CRM/database.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and meeting targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain services effectively.
- Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates with exposure to real estate, interior design, sales, or customer calling will be preferred.
