Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records in computer systems, ERP software, and Excel sheets. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems, ERP software, and Excel sheets.
- Verify data accuracy before entering records.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Scan, file, and organize documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data.
- Correct data errors and discrepancies.
- Generate reports as per management requirements.
- Maintain proper backup of important records.
- Support administrative activities when required.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Basic computer certification preferred.
Experience:
- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
Working Conditions:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
