We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our production team as CNC Operators. This role provides hands-on training in CNC operations and is suitable for ITI certificate holders, diploma graduates, or engineering graduates. Freshers are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC machines efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Maintain high quality and precision standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI Certificate in a relevant trade OR Diploma / Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing).
- Basic understanding of CNC operations and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
