Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Data Management: Handle execution, tracking, and end-to-end documentation for all extended warranties and AMCs.
- System Processing: Punch, process, and track all retail VAS transactions inside the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- OEM Coordination: Connect with DICV to pull special pricing grids and fast-track approvals.
- Customer Education: Guide walk-in and corporate clients on the cost-saving benefits of fleet maintenance programs.
- Telematics Tracking: Handle setup, deployment, and live data dashboarding for truck tracking systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the workshop service advisors and sales consultants to maximize cross-selling.
- Revenue Collection: Organize off-site customer visits to collect paperwork and process outstanding payments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
