We are looking for a passionate, patient, and dedicated Special Educator to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with diverse learning needs.
Position:
Special Educator Teacher
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (RCI registration preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Speech Delay, Learning Disabilities, and Inclusive Education.
- Ability to prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and parent counselling skills.
- Passion for working with young children in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized and small-group intervention sessions.
- Assess children's developmental and learning needs.
- Collaborate with parents, therapists, and preschool teachers.
- Maintain progress reports and documentation.
- Support inclusive classroom practices and child development.
