Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Follow up on leads and update lead status.
- Explain services and resolve customer queries.
- Coordinate with operations team and customers.
- Maintain customer records and data entry.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Relationship, Telecalling, Lead Generation, or BPO.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
