Office Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tendering activities related to:
> Civil Engineering Testing
> Construction Material Testing
> Calibration Services
> Laboratory & Testing Equipment
Role Overview
The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end tendering activities on the GeM portal, including identifying relevant bids, preparing documentation, coordinating internally, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
This role requires:

Key Responsibilities
1) GeM Tender Handling
- Search, analyze, and participate in relevant tenders on the GeM portal
- Handle tenders related to:
- Civil Engineering Testing
- Construction Material Testing
- Calibration Services
- Laboratory & Industrial Equipment
2) Tender Documentation & Submission
- Prepare technical and commercial documents for bid submission
- Upload documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements
- Handle bid modifications, corrigendums, clarifications, and follow-ups
3) Tender Analysis & Coordination
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quoted prices, and results
- Coordinate with internal departments for:
- pricing
- technical specifications
- certificates
- documentation
4) Commercial Understanding
Over time, the candidate will independently support:
- pricing decisions
- service selection
- bid strategy
- competitiveness analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience handling GeM tenders preferred
- Knowledge of government tendering process
- Good documentation and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability
- Experience in testing lab / calibration / engineering-related tenders is an advantage
