Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions in the system.
Follow company processes and quality standards.
Job Details Location: Mohan Estate, New Delhi Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
