Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking freshers to join our production team as Production Operators. The candidate will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, operating basic production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth workflow on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines and equipment as per company guidelines
- Assist in assembly, packaging, and inspection processes
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
- Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervisors
- Support daily production targets and team activities
- Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully
- Maintain basic production records and reports
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes is preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
