We are looking for a passionate and energetic Soft Skill Trainer who can shape exceptional guest experiences by enhancing the team’s communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 1–5 years ( Ed Tech preferred)
Candidate Preferred (majorly from Training background)
Key Responsibilities:
> Conduct training on communication, customer service, grooming & workplace etiquette
> Facilitate engaging classroom & on-the-floor sessions
> Identify training needs and design impactful modules
> Drive induction & refresher training programs.
> Conduct workshops, role-plays, seminars, and coaching sessions using engaging methods.
> Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments & feedback
Skill Set Requirement :
- Strong presentation & facilitation skills
- High energy with the ability to engage frontline teams
- Excellent communication & coaching ability
- Passion for people development
