Job Summary
Marvel Path Lab is seeking a result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding our referral network of doctors, clinics, hospitals and corporate clients, and by promoting our diagnostic test menu and health packages across the assigned territory.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets for the diagnostic centre.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, hospitals and consultants to generate test referrals.
Identify and onboard new B2B channels collection centres, pickup points, corporate tie-ups and franchise partners.
Promote diagnostic tests, health check-up packages and home-collection services to increase footfall and sample volume.
Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities, camps, and doctor engagement programs.
Conduct regular field visits, track competitor activity, pricing and market trends.
Negotiate rate contracts and credit terms with partners within company policy.
Coordinate with the lab, logistics and front-office teams to ensure smooth sample collection, TAT and report delivery.
Handle client queries, resolve service issues and ensure high partner/patient satisfaction.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports, sales forecasts and collection updates to management.
Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (Science / Pharma / MBA-Marketing preferred).
Proven field sales track record, ideally in diagnostics, pathology, pharma or medical devices.
Strong network among local doctors/hospitals is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, willing to travel within the territory.
Two-wheeler/Four-Wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
