- Analyze business requirements related to procurement and supply chain processes.
- Configure SAP MM module including purchasing, inventory management, and invoice verification.
- Handle end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Manage procurement lifecycle: Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Contracts, and Scheduling Agreements.
- Oversee inventory management activities such as Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and stock transfers.
- Maintain and manage master data (Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records).
- Work on integration with other SAP modules like FICO, SD, and PP.
- Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support go-live activities.
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support.
- Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
