Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through various job portals and recruitment platforms. Experience in the education sector will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Post job openings on different recruitment portals and manage applicant databases.
Conduct initial screening and HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Schedule interviews and maintain proper follow-up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate records.
Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR practices.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Graduation in any discipline with relevant recruitment experience may also be considered.
Preferred
Experience in educational institutions, universities, schools, or EdTech companies.
Should be able to close the positions on TAT(Turn Around Time) Basis .
