Domain Industry: Any process industry like Steel / Aluminium/ Automotive/ Cement / Sugar /Foundry etc. with exposure for the shop floor work & knowledge about the manufacturing processes, utilities servicing, maintenance in plant.

Job Description

Understanding Client Manufacturing processes.
Understand the new processes of any industry with few inputs & visits.
Able to prepare the content with the help of data from various sites available on Internet, Client inputs & plant visit.
Understand the different manufacturing processes and criticalities related to safety, maintenance etc.
Building training solutions for skilling or upskilling,
Curate and co-develop high quality training content.
Good Content writing ability, MS Office proficiency.
Deliver / oversee training delivery.
Ready for travel to the client location as & when required
