Key Responsibilities:
- New-to-bank acquisition of high-end current accounts through open market lead generation closure of monthly CASA targets, with adherence to KYC & AML policies.
- Ensure successful onboarding of customers for a smooth transition to the branch banking team.
- Activation of customers – ensure required balances are maintained and transactions begin within M1 & Q1 (80% AQB adherence, 75% internet banking penetration, 50% DSB penetration).
- Drive lead-generation activities. Cross-sell by generating leads and liaising with the Branch Manager and product teams (trade, FX, CMS/DSB, etc.) to offer suitable business solutions to customers.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
