About the Role
We are hiring a professional and target-driven Punjabi & English Telecaller US Process (Night Shift). In this role, you will connect with truckers and small business owners in the U.S., understand their insurance needs, and guide them toward suitable solutions.
This role requires strong communication skills, a respectful approach, and the ability to represent the company professionally with international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to truckers and owner-operators
- Communicate clearly and professionally in Punjabi & English
- Present services clearly in a polite and professional manner
- Generate and qualify leads by collecting accurate information
- Handle objections calmly and professionally
- Maintain CRM records and schedule follow-ups
- Meet daily call targets (100+ calls/day) and performance KPIs
Qualifications
- Fluent in Punjabi and English (mandatory)
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Ability to speak respectfully and build trust with clients
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
