Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with prior exposure to construction materials (cement, steel, bricks, aggregates, etc.) who is keen to build a long-term career in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) industry.
This role is not just transactional sales - it is an opportunity to learn RMC business dynamics end-to-end, including technical selling, site coordination, and project-based closures, with strong earning potential through performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads from builders, contractors, developers, and project consultants
- Understand project requirements and position RMC as a value-driven solution (quality, speed, cost-efficiency)
- Actively pitch and convert clients from traditional materials (site-mix) to RMC
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor requirements and build ground relationships
- Coordinate with plant operations and logistics teams for timely supply and execution
- Maintain structured reporting of leads, visits, and conversions
