Position Title: - Electrician Technician

Reporting To: - Maintenance Manager / Engineering Head
Job Summary:-
The Electrician Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and air conditioning equipment within the hospital/organization premises. The candidate should ensure uninterrupted electrical supply, proper functioning of AC systems, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
* Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
* Handle maintenance and basic troubleshooting of air conditioning systems.
* Monitor power supply systems, generators, panels, and UPS systems.
* Repair electrical faults and attend breakdown complaints promptly.
* Ensure proper functioning of lights, fans, switches, and electrical appliances.
* Maintain records of maintenance work and service activities.
* Follow electrical safety standards and hospital/company policies.
* Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and servicing if required.
* Ensure minimum downtime of electrical and AC systems.
* Support emergency maintenance activities when needed.
Required Qualification:-
* ITI/Diploma in Electrician Trade or relevant field.
* Knowledge of AC maintenance and repair preferred.
Required Skills:-
* Good knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
* Basic understanding of AC servicing and troubleshooting.
* Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Knowledge of safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
Working Conditions:-
* Rotational or flexible duty hours as required.
* Field and maintenance work environment.
* Emergency breakdown duties may be required.
Experience:-
* Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electrical and AC maintenance preferred.
Pay: ₹13,332.60 - ₹20,898.91 per month
