We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is hands-on, data-driven, and ready to support the growth of a premium marketplace brand through performance marketing, SEO, reporting, and campaign execution.
We’re seeking a Mid-Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can drive our brand and performance to dazzling new heights — someone who’s strategic, data-driven, and ready to help scale a marketplace redefining how Indians buy and sell real diamond jewelry.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Drive performance with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
- Support and execute SEO strategy, including on-page, off-page, keyword, and technical SEO improvements
- Manage remarketing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
- Track and analyze campaign performance using GA4, GTM, GSC, Looker Studio, Meta Events Manager, and related tools
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to improve campaign and landing page performance
- Support A/B testing, keyword optimization, ad copy, and campaign content execution
- Stay updated on digital platform changes and translate them into practical actions
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of SEO, conversion funnels, retargeting, attribution, and A/B testing
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, Looker Studio, Meta Business Manager, and similar tools
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Experience in eCommerce, D2C, marketplace, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Experience with the U.S. market is preferred
- Campaigns with high ROAS and reduced CAC.
