We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about understanding user needs and transforming them into engaging web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities
Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience.
Develop responsive, accessible, and consistent UI designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
Maintain and contribute to a design system and UI component library.
Create high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on testing and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (or equivalent portfolio).
Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development is a plus.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of interaction design and micro-interactions.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Experience designing SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise applications is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
