Job Overview
Eminence Technology is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, sales, and business teams to translate customer and business requirements into impactful product solutions.
The candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, and hands-on experience managing digital products from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer, business, and market requirements.
- Create and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user research to identify product opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Monitor product performance using relevant KPIs, metrics, and analytics.
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for product enhancement.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify product risks, dependencies, and challenges and work toward effective solutions.
- Continuously improve product features, usability, customer experience, and overall product performance.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Product Strategy and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with PRDs, User Stories, Wireframes, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and customer-centric product development.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or GA4 is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SaaS, AI/ML, EdTech, Web, or Mobile products.
- Understanding of product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience taking products from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and software development processes will be an added advantage.
