Position Summary
The Management Trainee will support the Head – Sales & Marketing in sales operations, report preparation, customer engagement, marketing activities, dealer development and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sales activities, prepare MIS reports, maintain CRM, coordinate customer follow-ups, support marketing campaigns, conduct market research, prepare presentations and quotations, coordinate with internal departments.
Educational Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration. Fresh MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Freshers preferred. Up to one year of internship or relevant sales/marketing experience is desirable.
Essential Requirements
Excellent communication skills, personal conveyance for local travel, and a valid driving licence.
Skills
MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, presentation skills, market research, teamwork and customer relationship management.
KPIs
Lead generation, report accuracy, customer follow-up, dealer development support, CRM updates and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
