Job Responsibilities
- Screen and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with client HR.
- Follow up until interview, selection, and joining.
- Maintain recruitment data in Google Sheets/CRM.
- Achieve daily hiring targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/BPO hiring experience.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and MS Excel.
- Laptop/Desktop with stable internet.
Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
