About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive for a fast-growing UK-based company. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and identifying potential clients through various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and decision-makers in the UK market
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, databases, and online research
- Build and maintain lead lists using CRM tools and spreadsheets
- Conduct cold emailing and outreach campaigns
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of communication and lead status
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills
- Experience in Lead Generation, B2B Prospecting, or Sales Support
- Good understanding of the UK market
- Strong communication and internet research skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar tools
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
