Profile- Sales Engineer
Location: Pimpri Chowk, Pune
Experience: 3–5+ Years
CTC: ₹7–10 LPA
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Working Days: 5 Days + 2 Saturdays per Month
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, and engineering organizations.
- Coordinate with technical teams for proof-of-concept activities and solution implementation.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Sales experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach.
- Experience in engineering software sales.
Preferred Experience
Candidates should have hands-on sales experience with one or more of the following solutions:
- ANSYS
- Altair
- Siemens Digital Industries Software
- STAR-CCM+
- CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM Platforms
