Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive sales within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, where applicable.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
