Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct lead generation activities, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. The role involves managing client accounts, nurturing relationships, and understanding client staffing and recruitment needs to offer tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings, presenting Zyven Solutions’ services, and negotiating terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with talent delivery and contribute to growth strategies, reporting, and market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle client communication and follow-ups
- Develop business strategies to support company growth
- Coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams
- Manage proposals, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Software Services preferred
- Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and email outreach
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
