Job Summary
We are seeking a Power Platform & Reporting Analyst with hands-on experience in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Power Apps. The role will focus on data extraction, reporting automation, dashboard development, workflow automation, and low-code application development to improve operational efficiency and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Connect, transform, and visualize data from multiple sources including SharePoint, ServiceNow, Excel, and other enterprise systems. Publish, schedule, and manage Power BI datasets and reports. Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate manual processes and notifications. Extract, consolidate, and validate data from SharePoint sites, document libraries, and files. Support ServiceNow data extraction and reporting requirements across multiple teams. Develop and enhance basic Power Apps solutions integrated with enterprise data sources. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather reporting and automation requirements. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to organizational standards. Document solutions, workflows, and reporting processes.
Skill Requirements
Power BI: 4+ years of experience in data connectivity, report/dashboard development, publishing, and administration. Power Automate: Working knowledge with experience creating automated workflows. SharePoint: Experience extracting and managing data from SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and files. ServiceNow: Experience extracting and analyzing data from ServiceNow portals and reports. Power Apps: Basic experience developing and integrating low-code applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
Other Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Knowledge of data modeling and DAX. Understanding of reporting governance and data security. Exposure to business process automation and digital transformation initiatives
