- Installation: Installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and ductwork.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance such as inspecting, cleaning filters, lubricating parts, and checking for leaks to ensure system performance.
- Repair and Diagnosis: Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctioning HVAC systems (electrical and mechanical components).
- Safety and Compliance: Adhering to safety procedures, environmental regulations, and local codes/ordinances when handling refrigerants and electrical wiring.
- System Optimization: Adjusting system controls, balancing air systems, and recommending energy-efficient upgrades.
- Customer Service: Advising clients on system repairs, maintenance, and operation.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
