Job Title: Site Supervisor
Department: Construction / Interior Fit-Out
Location: Greater Noida
Experience Required: 2–5 Years (preferred in interiors/construction)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work is executed as per drawings, maintain quality standards, and manage labor efficiently. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and practical site knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution of work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Manage labor workforce and allocate tasks effectively
- Ensure quality control and finishing standards are maintained
- Check material deliveries and maintain inventory at site
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate when required
- Conduct regular site inspections and updates to management
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of construction/interior execution
- Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of materials and finishes
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design (preferred)
- Relevant site supervision experience in interiors or construction
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel to different project sites
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
