Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in IT Sales hiring for US and Europe markets. The candidate should have a proven track record in hiring for revenue generating roles across SaaS Enterprise and B2B segments.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end recruitment for IT Sales roles across US and Europe markets
Hire for Sales Managers Account Managers Business Development Managers Enterprise Sales Executives
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and sales structures
Source screen and close candidates aligned with sales targets
Build strong talent pipelines for global sales hiring
Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines
Requirements
10 plus years of experience in recruitment
Strong experience in IT Sales hiring
Experience hiring for US and Europe markets is mandatory
Good understanding of SaaS Enterprise and B2B sales roles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
