Lakeview Creamery is an established dairy brand committed to delivering quality products from our manufacturing facility to retail shelves and institutional buyers across the region. We're expanding aggressively and looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead this charge.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to own and grow our sales across two verticals — retail distribution and B2B / institutional channels (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, food manufacturers). You will build and manage a sales team, develop channel strategies, and be the face of Lakeview Creamery in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Sales
Drive placement and visibility of Lakeview Creamery products across modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts.
Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and in-store activations.
Monitor shelf share, stock levels, and competitor activity.
- B2B / Institutional Sales
Identify and onboard B2B clients — HoReCa, bakeries, food processors, corporate canteens.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with institutional buyers.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to align production capacity with client requirements.
- Team & Operations
Recruit, train, and manage a field sales team.
Set monthly/quarterly targets and track performance through regular reviews.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Work closely with marketing for campaigns and with logistics for timely order fulfilment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, dairy, food & beverage, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing both retail and B2B sales channels.
- Experience handling distributor networks and key account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with data — can read sales dashboards, P&L basics, and market reports.
- Ability to lead a team and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
- Nice to Have Prior experience in a dairy or perishable goods company.
- Existing network with HoReCa buyers or modern trade buyers in the region.
- Familiarity with sales tools / CRM software.
