They act as the primary written communication link between subscribers and the company’s internal network, billing, or field operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Management: Process and respond to incoming customer emails regarding service disruptions, plan renewals, and account inquiries within defined.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in email support, online customer service, or a telecom/ISP environment. Freshers with exceptional English writing skills may be considered.
- Communication: Flawless written English, excellent reading comprehension, and professional email etiquette.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of networking (routers, IP addresses, bandwidth) is highly preferred.
