We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join our manufacturing facility in Guinea, West Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate and troubleshoot Injection Moulding Machines.
Perform mould changeovers and optimize machine parameters.
Handle materials such as PP, HDPE, LDPE and Engineering Plastics.
Monitor production quality and minimize rejection.
Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Operate and maintain auxiliary equipment such as Material Dryers, Grinders, Mixers and IML Robots.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma / Degree in Plastic Engineering or CIPET.
7-10+ years of experience in Injection Moulding.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing household plastic products, paint buckets/pails, containers, crates, furniture, kitchenware, or rigid plastic packaging products.
Experience on Milacron, Husky, Haitian or similar PLC-based automatic injection moulding machines.
Strong knowledge of mould setting, process optimization and troubleshooting.
Willingness to relocate to Guinea, West Africa.
