Job Title: Labour Officer (Construction or Real Estate projects.)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, BOCW Act, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor labour welfare facilities, including accommodation, sanitation, drinking water, and medical support.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Safety Officers, and contractors on labour compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, labour audits, and maintain statutory records.
- Ensure timely wage payments, contractor compliance, and worker grievance resolution.
- Organize safety awareness programs, health camps, and welfare initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities during inspections and audits.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Labour Welfare, HR, Social Work, Law, or any Graduate.
- MLW/MSW preferred.
Experience
- 5–10+ years in Labour Compliance/Welfare within Construction or Real Estate projects.
