- This is a hybrid role involving both field visits and remote work.
- Mentors are expected to travel to assigned schools for 2–3 days per week to conduct onsite classroom observations, teacher mentoring, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- On the remaining days, mentors will work from home, focusing on lesson reviews, report preparation, online mentoring sessions, planning, teacher support, and coordination with the MentorBee academic team.
Pay: ₹9,430.95 - ₹20,000.00 per month
