Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and respond to student/parent inquiries.
Guide prospective students through the admission and enrollment process.
Maintain student records and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with faculty and management for day-to-day operations.
Manage front office activities and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain admission data.
Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth institute operations.
Eligibility:
Any Graduate (Preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome.
Candidates with prior administrative, front office, customer service, or educational institute experience are preferred.
Salary:
Freshers: ₹15,000 take-home per month
Experienced Candidates: ₹18,000 take-home per month
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
