Position: AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Developer
Location: On-Site (Gurugram)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer to build and manage AI-driven sales automation systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing AI agents that automate lead generation, company research, prospect qualification, outreach, follow-ups, AI conversations, voice calling, and meeting scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI Agent workflows using Python, CrewAI, LangChain/LangGraph, and OpenAI APIs.
- Build systems for prospect discovery, company qualification, and decision-maker identification.
- Integrate WhatsApp, Email, CRM, and AI Voice Calling solutions.
- Implement lead scoring, automated follow-ups, and meeting booking workflows.
- Work with APIs, Webhooks, Databases, and Cloud deployments.
- Maintain and optimize production-ready AI automation systems.

Preferred Skills:
- Retell AI, Vapi AI, Bland AI
- Selenium/Playwright
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Lead Generation & Sales Automation experience
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidate should have hands-on experience building end-to-end AI Agent systems and be capable of independently handling architecture, development, integrations, deployment, and optimization.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
