The Role: Growth & Business Development
We are seeking high-energy, disciplined interns to scale our user base across global markets. You will be responsible for identifying transaction friction in the freelance and P2P sectors and transitioning those users to the Paladin infrastructure.
Core Responsibilities
Targeted Outreach: Identify and engage B2B agencies, creative studios, and P2P traders on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Discord.
The "Zero Fee" Pitch: Educate sellers on our disruptive model where sellers pay 0% fees, allowing them to keep 100% of their revenue.
Infrastructure Education: Explain the security benefits of 2-of-3 multisig contracts and native Base Layer-2 transparency to potential users.
Active Engagement: Monitor high-risk transaction threads (e.g., ticket reselling or digital asset flips) to intercept and solve fraud risks.
Daily Reporting: Maintain active communication
Key Selling Points You Will Use
Integrated Chat: Finalize deal terms and negotiate directly within the Paladin dApp. Multi-Stablecoin Support: Allow users to settle transactions in their preferred stable assets.
Technical Security: Funds are locked on-chain and only released upon cryptographic verification or human adjudication.
Requirements
● RegionalPresence: Must be based in or have a deep understanding of the professional markets.
● Communication Mastery: Strong ability to pivot language between agency CEOs and P2P traders.
● Self-Starter: A "proof of work" mentality; this is a performance-driven role where your
income scales with your execution.
Incentives & Career Growth
DirectCommission: Earn 50% of all platform fees collected from the deals you facilitate.
Operational Access: Work directly within the technical and marketing tracks of a scaling Web3 project on Base.
