Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor who can independently manage field (outdoor) surveying activities as well as office-based data processing, documentation, and team supervision.
The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of land surveying, measurement techniques, and reporting. He will also be responsible for guiding and supervising junior surveyors and ensuring accuracy and quality in all survey works.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Work (Outdoor):
- Conduct land, topographic, road, and construction site surveys
- Perform layout marking as per approved drawings and project requirements
- Handle and supervise use of surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, DGPS, etc.)
- Ensure high accuracy in measurements and data collection
- Verify and cross-check site measurements done by junior surveyors
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Ensure timely completion of survey activities
Office Work (Indoor):
- Prepare and review survey drawings using AutoCAD
- Process, check, and analyze field data
- Maintain proper survey records, reports, and documentation
- Prepare quantity calculations and detailed survey reports
- Monitor and guide junior surveyors’ office work
- Support project planning and execution with accurate survey inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools
- Experience in both field work and office documentation
- Good understanding of construction drawings and layouts
- Ability to lead, supervise, and coordinate a small survey team
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Excel (advanced), GIS, or surveying software
- Experience in road / residential / commercial construction projects
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
