Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns.

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the system.
