ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective is to manage HR functions like recruitment and employee relations, oversee administrative tasks such as facility maintenance and vendor management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
· Joining formalities of new employees
· Preparing Offer letter, Appointment letter, confirmation letter.
· Maintaining and updating Employee files
· Probation and Evaluation Confirmation formalities of employees
· Maintaining statutory records as required under the PF & ESI Act.
· Handling Administrative correspondence.
· Maintaining Attendance and leave records
· Coordinate with overall activity of Recruitment & Selection.
· Coordinating for performance appraisal activity
· Scheduling Training activities
· Leave and attendance of ALCON employees
· Coordinate with government office
· Medical Claim formalities
· Employee welfare Events
· New mobile connections for employee.
· Shortlisting the CV and scheduling for the interviews.
· Coordination with consultants for recruitment
· Full and final settlement of left employee.
· Updating and generating the PF and ESIC Challans.
Qualifications and Competencies
· B.COM/PGDM/MBA/MSW -HR
· 2-5 years of experience
· Computer Knowledge
