- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing and optimizing performance, scalability, and security of custom software solutions.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex software development challenges.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain high-quality software delivery.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
