Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative at e-con Systems, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for creating interest in our solutions and guiding prospects through the initial stages of the sales process.

Identify and research potential leads within target industries.
Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn and CRM.
Initiate contact with potential clients via a structured cadence of emails, phone calls, and social media outreach.
Follow a consistent outreach cadence to nurture leads over time and move them through the sales funnel.
Generate interest in e-con Systems' solutions and engage prospects with tailored messaging.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and fit with our products, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
Schedule discovery calls or meetings with the sales team for qualified leads.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain alignment on sales goals.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements to outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring all activities are logged and tracked.
Track and report on key sales metrics, such as the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and progress towards monthly and quarterly targets.
Meet or exceed established targets for lead generation, qualified opportunities, and sales handoffs.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and the competitive landscape to refine outreach approaches.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
