Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for prospective customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries received through digital campaigns, websites, social media, property portals, and walk-ins.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and purchase timeline.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to nurture leads.
- Update customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and site visit targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure effective lead management.
- Provide customers with accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, offers, and payment plans.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain lead tracking records.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Familiarity with property portals and lead management tools.
- Experience handling digital marketing leads and customer databases.
- Ability to communicate in English and regional languages.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
