Job Summary
Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer (Allen Bradley) to join our Industrial Automation team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, project commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC-based automation systems.
- Configure and maintain CompactLogix, ControlLogix, and RSLogix 5000 applications.
- Design and implement HMI & SCADA solutions using FactoryTalk View and FactoryTalk Optix.
- Work on DCS and PlantPAx-based automation projects.
- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and site support activities.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide project support as required.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC (Rockwell Automation).
- Strong knowledge of CompactLogix, ControlLogix & RSLogix 5000.
- Experience with FactoryTalk View and FactoryTalk Optix.
- Exposure to DCS and PlantPAx Systems.
- Expertise in project commissioning, FAT, troubleshooting, and system integration.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or equivalent)
