Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Engineer with experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or retail outlet fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for executing new store construction, renovation, maintenance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end site execution for new QSR outlets and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and interior fit-out works.
- Ensure project completion within the planned timeline and budget.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
- Verify measurements, bills, and contractor invoices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.
- Track project progress and submit daily/weekly status reports.
- Coordinate store handover and snag closure before opening.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned outlets.
- Support expansion projects and site feasibility assessments.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior works.
- Experience in restaurant, café, retail, or QSR outlet projects.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Vendor and contractor management skills.
- Project planning and execution expertise.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, cafés, retail fit-outs, or hospitality projects preferred.
Preferred Background
- Experience with multi-outlet QSR brands.
- Handling outlet openings, renovations, and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen setup and equipment installation.
Salary
As per industry standards and candidate experience.
Immediate joiners or candidates with QSR/Restaurant fit-out experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹50,783.96 - ₹98,967.79 per month
