We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with knowledge of Accounting, Documentation, MS Office, and Gujarati Typing. The candidate will be responsible for handling office documentation, data entry, accounting records, and administrative support activities. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage office documents and records. Handle accounting entries, vouchers, invoices, and bookkeeping. Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and business correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Work efficiently on MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS Office applications. Gujarati and English typing for official documents and correspondence. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Assist in tender documentation and office administration work. Required Skills: ✔ Basic knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping ✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office ✔ Gujarati & English Typing Skills ✔ Good Documentation and Filing Knowledge ✔ Attention to Detail and Accuracy ✔ Good Communication Skills ✔ Graduate preferred (B.Com / M.Com / Any Commerce Background) Experience: Freshers can apply.
